Stiemfield Global Convergence Limited is a global convergence firm — rooted in Africa, from Nigeria. A management consultancy specialising in convergence: we diagnose why digital, business and organisational transformations fail, and architect the sequence that makes them work. Most fail not because the technology is wrong or the strategy is bad, but because five forces are managed in isolation.
Take the free 10-minute Convergence Self-CheckFive forces govern every organisation. They are multiplicative — a near-zero force nullifies the rest. Our Convergence Map scores each force twice: its strength on its own terms, and how well it connects to the other four. Every score carries an Evidence Reliability rating.
Technology deployed but bypassed; systems that management never reorganised around. Our founding heritage: delivery leadership on NITDA's DL4ALL digital-literacy programme.
Strategy that dies between decision and delivery. The Strategy–Execution Gap is the most prevalent pattern in African private-sector organisations — and the most measurable.
Restructures that change the chart and nothing else. Management alignment, governance quality and people systems, diagnosed with the same evidence rules as everything else.
One disciplined sequence. Diagnosis always comes first — we never architect on opinion.
Structured intake, stakeholder interviews across three levels, and document analysis — evidence before conclusions.
The Convergence Map scores all five forces twice — strength on its own terms, and connection to the other four — each with an Evidence Reliability rating.
The exact sequence that closes the gap: three-to-five priority moves, ordered, authored by the Founding Partner and owned by you in perpetuity.
Implementation that closes the mapped gaps, plus the Monthly Convergence Pulse that keeps the gains from drifting back.
A rapid diagnostic scoring each of the five forces and their connections. 3–5 stakeholder interviews and document review, returning your top three convergence risks and top three opportunities.
The defining engagement. 8–15 stakeholder interviews, document review and system data, producing the Convergence Map — 40–60 pages with Evidence Reliability ratings, a prioritised roadmap and a 2-hour executive presentation.
Innovation, unblocked. We take one stalled pilot and drive it to scaled operation — or to a documented decision to kill it — leaving a path-to-scale definition and a visible kill-rule your team keeps.
Embedded implementation. We architect the target state — an enterprise blueprint connecting all five forces, and the information-flow design beneath it — then help execute it, with weekly progress reviews and monthly steering presentations.
Ongoing partnership: the governance model, the instrumented evidence framework, and the Monthly Convergence Pulse tracking every force and connection — with early warnings when they drift.
Two price cards, not one converted rate: Nigerian and regional engagements are quoted in naira, international engagements in USD. The work is identical; the market is not. Diagnosis first, always — implementation engagements require a Fieldscan within the prior twelve months. We hold a maximum of two concurrent Fieldscan engagements; quality is the constraint, deliberately.
The Technology force, productised. We build the automation that runs your business while you sleep — and we run our own fully autonomous AI operation, so we automate the way we run the firm.
A custom plan showing exactly what to automate first, in what order, with the tools and AI agents to use and the hours you'll save. Fee credited toward any build.
AI agents and workflows that connect your tools (Gmail, Sheets, Slack, CRMs) via Zapier or custom Python — tested, documented, and fully yours.
Asar Paul T
Founding Partner · Author of the STIEM Framework
Stiemfield is built on delivery, not theory. Paul's career began not in a boardroom but in the field: during his NYSC year in Osun State he served as State Project Manager for Digital Literacy for All, a community development service initiative under NITDA's DL4ALL programme, coordinating digital literacy training across communities with local leaders, schools and grassroots organisations. That experience revealed the pattern — transformation fails when five forces are managed in isolation. The STIEM Framework and the Convergence Map are his answer.
Ten questions, ten minutes. Answer honestly — the instrument only works on evidence. Your scored Convergence Report appears the moment you finish.
1 = not at all true of us · 5 = consistently true, with recent evidence
This is the STIEM Snapshot logic in miniature. A Fieldscan tests both dimensions — each force's strength and its connection to the other four — with evidence, across your leadership team.
Your Convergence profile is with me. Expect a short, personal read on your weakest force, usually within one working day.
